Apex Legends event “Fight or Fright” brings the horror of Halloween

Apex Legends’ campaign Fight or Fright, one of the best fighting games on PC, returns for a month-long Halloween celebration. Although it did not appear in 2021 and was replaced by Monsters Within, Fight or Fright returns for its third year. The event will offer a variety of spooky Apex Legends skins and limited-time Apex Legends rotating modes, including the wildly popular new “Gun Run” mode (featured in the “Beast Hunt” event), the nightmarish “Shadow Royale,” and fan favorite “Control.”

Apex Legends Fight or Fright will be live from October 4 through November 1. Each week, there will be a high-profile LTM for players to participate in, as well as unique skins and bundles for sale. Limited quantities of skins and bundles will also be available during the event. Inner Demon (Ash), Ranger with Blade (Shia), Steampunk Accelerator (Octane), Static Spike (Watson), Deadly Teddy (Revenan), So Serious (Kowstick), and two weapon charms (Please Hug and Trick or Treat ) will be available for purchase.

During the event, three limited-time modes will be available. The “Shadow Battle Royale after the Darkness of Olympus” is a special edition of “Trios” featuring Legends reborn in zombie-like “shadow form,” capable of wall-running, double-jumping, reviving allies, and dealing extra damage with melee attacks. The Shadow will continue to respawn endlessly until all troops are wiped out. Control” and “Gun Run” have also been added, allowing the player to use a variety of weapons to rack up kills and finally win the game with a throwing knife.

Kena Bridge of Spirits Steam version is now available, including anniversary DLC

If you’ve been waiting for Kena Spirit Bridge on Steam, wait no more, Ember Lab has announced that the popular action-adventure game is now available on Steam, one year after its release on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 5. Kena has released a major anniversary update on Steam, which is also available on other platforms and includes a new mode, a new Game+ and quite a bit more content. The Steam version of Kena Psychic Bridge is available for $39.99/£31.99 for the standard edition and $49.99/£39.99 for the digital deluxe edition. The first “Dead Space” remake game trailer is still a surprise

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming “Dead Space” remake has finally been released, and I can tell you this. This is definitely Dead Space. The original “Dead Space” is 14 years old, but in my mind, it looks just like this new video. The enemies, the environment, the ever-so-convenient (and clichéd) “cut off a limb” written in dirty blood on the wall. But clearly, we’ve come a long way. The original version didn’t look bad, but it has certainly aged. The remastered version looks much better, with many technical improvements, including an “intensity director” that dynamically adjusts objects, enemies, environmental effects, and even Isaac’s physical reactions. Gone are the loading screens; Ishimura, where Dead Space is located, is one fully interconnected environment.
