Nilou is a 5-star hydro user who will appear in the second “Genshin Impact 3.1” update. This graceful dancer will appear under the banner of “Whirling Lotus” alongside “Albedo,” a geographical user who can be a valuable asset to the team.

This “Phantom Nilou” maximizes its potential by balancing its status and passive abilities around the transformational ability of “Bloom”. Nilou is the first character to be able to change elemental reactions, which could potentially lead to significant changes in the combat mechanics of animated games in the near future. As such, Nilou offers a completely unique moveset never before seen in a “Hoyoverse” RPG, but it should be noted that her super-specialty is offset by some limitations.

Nilou relies heavily on her elemental burst and passive skills. Her Elemental Burst causes lotus flowers to bloom in the distant ocean, dealing hydro damage to multiple enemies at once within its area of effect. Therefore, having a character with the Elemental Shock dendro accompanying the party creates the perfect opportunity to trigger the bloom.

Nilou’s pursuit is where her passive skills come into play, an important element of this lineup. Her passive skill Court of Dancing Petals replaces the Dendro Core created by Bloom with Bountiful Core; Bountiful Core does not create a super flower or burst elemental reaction, but its impact over regular Bloom It has a larger range and explodes faster.

Another passive, Dream Dance, further increases the damage of Dendro Cores created by teammates affected by the Golden Chalice Reward. The “Bounty of the Golden Chalice” is activated in the third stage of Nilou’s elemental skill “Haft Kashvar’s Dance,” so with the right Nilou team composition, it can be used without neglect. While Bounty of the Golden Chalice is active, Nilou’s Abundant Core damage is increased by 7% for every 30,000 points of maximum life.

Since the damage from the Lotus of Far Water and Abundant Core is determined by Nilou’s maximum life, the life bonus should be prioritized to make that number as high as possible. Energy Charge is recommended as a second priority status to offset the higher energy drain from Elemental Burst and to reach this threshold to be able to activate Lotus of Far Waters more often.

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming “Dead Space” remake has finally been released, and I can tell you this. This is definitely Dead Space.
