This God of War gaming PC seemingly lost a fight with Kratos

Gaming PC models often pay homage to fan-favorite games, and this God of War rig takes it a step further. This custom power-up contains one of the best graphics options around, but the added wound on top of the Leviathan axe suggests it’s at odds with Kratos.
Reddit user modLab_official – a PC modder of games under the name Italian Extreme Modder – has uploaded a series of images showing off the God of War-themed system. The system itself features an X570 Aorus Elite motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D CPU and an AMD Radeon X 6700 XT graphics card, all housed in a Cooler Master Cosmos C700M tower case that has been customized to look like a leather wrist brace on the bottom.
To really sell the image of the God of War – aside from the aforementioned buried axe – the case has been given a custom red and gray paint job with Kratos’ distinctive white makeup and red stripes on the GPU, top to bottom. Put it this way, if you’re a longtime fan of this mythical series, you’ll probably think this is one of the best gaming PC builds available.
Take a look at the website of Italian company Extreme Modders, which is clearly more accustomed to building a gaming PC or two, and the examples shown look magnificent. From an Iron Man outfit equipped with Tony Stark’s heart arc (heark?) reactor core to a suitably painted Joker-themed PC, the creator’s build stands out from the crowd.
Unfortunately, the God of War system is not available for purchase right now, but it’s possible that it will be on the site soon. In any case, this is a very nice design. Building a custom system – like the MASH game PC that celebrated the 50th anniversary of the hit American show – is a time sink, so being able to purchase a pre-made system is certainly a viable option, and given the quality of the IEM launch, it’s a good one.
