Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher are both getting new games

Developer CD Projekt Red has announced that it is currently developing a third game set in the original New World, in addition to the new installments in The Witcher and Cyberpunk 2077 series. The company did not reveal any details about this new game, but said it is part of the company’s overall mission to create “innovative role-playing games with memorable stories that move players.” In other words, it will be another RPG, but nothing else has been decided yet.

The codename for this third game is “Hadar,” the name of a Triassic galaxy also known as Beta Centauri. Orion is the codename for a new cyberpunk game, while Polaris, Canis Major, and Sirius are new Wizard projects.

It is an idea the studio is “starting to think about for 2021,” Nowakowski said and is the first time CDPR has developed a game based entirely on its own IP.

According to CD Projekt, whatever Hadar is, it is neither cyberpunk nor witcher, and is currently “in the early stages of the creative process,” meaning the company has written and is conceptualizing its world and setting and has not yet done any active game development.

The first “Dead Space” remake game trailer is still a surprise

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming “Dead Space” remake has finally been released, and I can tell you this. This is definitely Dead Space. The original “Dead Space” is 14 years old, but in my mind, it looks just like this new video. The enemies, the environment, the ever-so-convenient (and clichéd) “cut off a limb” written in dirty blood on the wall. But clearly, we’ve come a long way. The original version didn’t look bad, but it has certainly aged. The remastered version looks much better, with many technical improvements, including an “intensity director” that dynamically adjusts objects, enemies, environmental effects, and even Isaac’s physical reactions.
