FFXIV 6.25 release date and all details

The release date of FFXIV 6.25 and details of the next update for the critically acclaimed MMORPG FFXIV have been revealed, courtesy of Live Letter 73. Final Fantasy 14 Patch 6.25 will add more content to multiplayer, following the massive “Buried Memories” update of Final Fantasy 14 Patch 6.2. Players can expect new adventures with popular character Captain Hildibrand, more weapon enhancement quests, horde quests, exciting non-linear story-driven variables and standard dungeons.

FFXIV 6.25 will be released on October 18. As usual, Game Director Naoki Yoshida and Community Producer Toshio Indoor were the first to talk about what has been accomplished with the release of patch 6.2 and their plans for future updates.

Yoshida said that he felt patch 6.2 was “going pretty well,” and only brought up the need to adjust the strength of the final boss in Savage Raid as a speed bump worth mentioning. He also made it clear that he was pleased with the reputation of Storm’s Crown Trial, saying that while it was designed to be tough, after the recent puzzle-focused combat, he “wanted a faster, execution-based style.”

Yoshida said he was pleased to see returning characters in the Pandashed, explaining that the team was excited to delve into characters they felt had “left too soon.” He also noted that the recent success of “Final Fantasy XIV” has allowed the team to have a bit of a budget, which has allowed them to fully voice the lines of returning characters. He also stated that feedback on the delayed release of the Barbarian class has been “very positive” and that the team is leaning toward “delaying” the Barbarian in the future with some minor tweaks.

Kena Bridge of Spirits Steam version is now available, including anniversary DLC

If you’ve been waiting for Kena Spirit Bridge on Steam, wait no more, Ember Lab has announced that the popular action-adventure game is now available on Steam, one year after its release on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation 5. The first “Dead Space” remake game trailer is still a surprise

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming “Dead Space” remake has finally been released, and I can tell you this. This is definitely Dead Space. The original “Dead Space” is 14 years old, but in my mind, it looks just like this new video. The enemies, the environment, the ever-so-convenient (and clichéd) “cut off a limb” written in dirty blood on the wall. But clearly, we’ve come a long way. The original version didn’t look bad, but it has certainly aged. The remastered version looks much better, with many technical improvements, including an “intensity director” that dynamically adjusts objects, enemies, environmental effects, and even Isaac’s physical reactions. Gone are the loading screens; Ishimura, where Dead Space is located, is one fully interconnected environment.
