Episode 3 begins with Mio reiterating to Slater (“Su”) that they must win the upcoming duel in order to stay in school and keep their engagement. Mio says that the marriageable age is 17 and that they intend to leave for Earth before then, so they will just have to hold out until then.

At school, Nika asks about her cyborg, and when Guru comes to tell her they will fight, she accidentally triggers him. Meanwhile, Shaddick studies her cover story and her father tells her to watch out for Sue, but she doesn’t mind because she seems to be having fun. Then Ilan comes to take her to the dueling committee and uses it as an excuse to exchange contact information with her, number 12 on the list.

The two discuss the details of the duel and set the stakes. Sue asks Güell to apologize to Mio, and Güell, as before, asks her to leave the school. When Gül takes the bet, another member of the group, Cecelia, scolds her, saying that her parents are so powerful that they can undo the outcome of the duel. Sue defended him because you can’t laugh at people who don’t run away, and Guel stood his ground and moved on, reciting what his mother had told him.

Guel’s brother reminds Guel that it is not only his honor that is at stake, before receiving an email from his father. He makes arrangements for his father to come see him, even though he is only supposed to be a student. Then, with Iran as observer, the two are allowed to fight after taking the oath.

Gear’s battlesuit fought on its own, and he was pissed off because there was a drone with a beam saber and literally nothing he could do. Then the sprinklers go off and it dispels her beam shot due to Geir’s father being a jerk, causing the aerial to amputate his arm. Mio pointed out that this was unfair, but Ilan pointed out that it was not a duel on equal terms anyway, and even if it was intentional, it counted. Therefore, Mio used this as an excuse to handle the rain herself because she did not want to.

By the time she caught the two cheaters and stopped the rain, the two robots had lost limbs in the fight. Then Suh got serious and put out the bit, and Guru asked his father why he couldn’t trust him. Told that results are everything, and accused of struggling without his input in the battlesuit, Gur finally got angry and turned off the AI so he could fight on his own, resulting in another argument in which Suh wins.

She received many congratulatory messages on her cell phone from people she had not registered with. She even praised Ms. Gweru and was thanked by Ms. Gweru. Considering that he actually got down on his knees to propose to her, it must have been unusual for him to receive compliments.

The first “Dead Space” remake game trailer is still a surprise

The first gameplay trailer for the upcoming “Dead Space” remake has finally been released, and I can tell you this. This is definitely Dead Space. The original “Dead Space” is 14 years old, but in my mind, it looks just like this new video. The enemies, the environment, the ever-so-convenient (and clichéd) “cut off a limb” written in dirty blood on the wall. But clearly, we’ve come a long way. The original version didn’t look bad, but it has certainly aged. The remastered version looks much better, with many technical improvements, including an “intensity director” that dynamically adjusts objects, enemies, environmental effects, and even Isaac’s physical reactions. Gone are the loading screens; Ishimura, where Dead Space is located, is one fully interconnected environment.
